Enable and Drive Innovation Within Your Organization

Innovation Champion Bootcamps are designed to equip you with the skills needed to educate, enable and empower employees throughout your organization to act entrepreneurially. Based upon experiences coaching hundreds of entrepreneurial teams inside the enterprise, our curriculum and process helps participants learn by doing and immediately apply the principles to current challenges and opportunities.

Participants will work in cross-functional teams of 3-5 to apply Lean Innovation principles firsthand such as customer development, rapid experimentation, and business model development. Over 200 teams have successfully completed Lean Innovation bootcamps, including such diverse organizations as Intuit, GE, AIA, ING, Schibsted, LexisNexis, Raytheon, American Family Insurance and CapitalOne. Moves the Needle will guide teams throughout the event, providing personalized coaching and support.

Participants will be exposed to the following through the bootcamp:

- Lean Innovation principles for the enterprise
- Strategies for implementing these principles within your organization
- Rapid experimentation tactics which can be applied to projects immediately
- How to identify new business opportunities based on customer insights
- How to reduce risk by identifying the "minimum viable product"
- How to be an effective coach in your organization
